U.S.D.A. aerial photographs, 1959-1981.

This collection of aerial photographs was made by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture between 1959 and 1981. It contains 684 aerial photographs of farm land in central Alabama, taken from an altitude of approximately 20,000 feet. Particular areas of farm land are noted on most photographs with some names of land owners on the back. This collection covers Lowndes County, Macon County, and Montgomery county.
